Our orders are packaged shortly after they are roasted. When you receive your order, you can smell the freshness when you open your package.

We use suppliers providing us with access to Specialty Grade coffee beans. That is the top 5% of the crop, What does that mean to you? We roast the best so we can deliver the best.
Coffee is best when brewed and enjoyed 7-10 days after the roast. Why? Because once the roast is complete, the staling process begins and the freshness goes away. Large chain coffee companies roast hundred or thousand of pounds at a time then puts a one year expiration on the label and puts it on the shelf.
